IN OUR VINEYARDS WE FOCUS ON GENTLE CULTIVATION METHODS.
We incorporate horses, sheep, and goats into our soil management practices. Plowing with horses loosens the soil without compacting it under the heavy weight of large machinery. At the same time, sheep and goats graze among the vines, feeding on wild herbs.
UNIQUE WINES ARE CREATED THROUGH UNIQUE PRODUCTION METHODS, AS ORGANIC CULTIVATION IS OUR HIGHEST STANDARD.
That is why we bring more than just our five senses to the vineyards and the winemaking process in the cellar. We rely on balance and intuition to refine our wines and shape them into what they truly are: distinctive taste experiences from enchanting Provence.
