In the heart of Provence, on the northern slopes of the Alpilles Regional Nature Park, lies a French gem: the Domaine du Grand Fontanille, a 17th-century bastide featuring an oriel window above the entrance.
Basking in the sun’s loving embrace and the gentle influence of the Mistral winds, the vines here thrive in harmony with nature. The vines reflect this symbiosis in their grapes: the aromatic spice of thyme and rosemary, the fruity notes of raspberry and blackberry, the earthy presence of the fields, the distant scent of lavender, and the protective embrace of the pine forests.

On this land in enchanting Provence, seven different soil types merge with seven distinct weather conditions to create a unique interplay. We prioritize gentle cultivation methods, integrating horses, sheep, and goats into the work on the land.
